Incoming Material Inspection

Chemical composition and hardness testing of aluminum alloys and copper tubes.

Visual and dimensional inspection to ensure surface quality.

All suppliers must provide a Factory Test Certificate (MTC).

 
Process Quality Monitoring

Precision control of friction welding (3 units in Dongguan), CNC machining (over 20 units), fin trimming machines (5 units), and stamping equipment (over 15 units).

Continuous dimensional inspection of fins and components, with tolerances as high as ±0.05 mm.

 
Performance and Functional Testing

Thermal resistance testing (as low as 0.05°C/W).

High-pressure leak testing (up to XX MPa, 100% leak-free).

Flow testing to ensure cooling performance meets system requirements.

 
Durability and Environmental Testing

Salt spray corrosion testing – 500+ hours, in accordance with ASTM B117.

Thermal cycling testing – From -40°C to 120°C, simulating extreme environments.

Vibration testing – Simulating automotive and industrial operating conditions.

 
Final Inspection and Packaging

100% visual inspection of appearance, welding quality, and assembly accuracy.

Protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
