Product Introduction

Versatile water cooling plate is a heat dissipation component integrating copper tube loop and metal substrate. It can quickly remove heat through the circulation of coolant and is suitable for cooling scenarios of high heat load equipment such as electronics, power, new energy, and communications.

 

 

Working Principle
The versatile water cooling plate guides the flow of liquid through internal microchannels or serpentine cooling channels to quickly remove the heat generated by the bonding surface (such as chips, batteries), and combines the high thermal conductivity metal structure to achieve heat diffusion and output. Used in conjunction with a pump and coolant circulation system, it keeps the temperature constant within the set range, and can integrate sensors to monitor the working status in real time.

 

 

Product Features

Precision Machining
Versatile water cooling plate is precision machined by five-axis CNC, with internal water channel error ≤±0.2mm and interface sealing surface finish Ra0.4μm, ensuring no leakage of coolant and tight installation without water seepage.

 

High Thermal Conductivity Structure
The core cold plate adopts bimetallic composite technology (copper core + aluminum body), with copper thermal conductivity up to 398W/m·K, and heat is quickly transferred to the circulation channel, greatly reducing the chip contact thermal resistance.

 

Durable Material
The overall material is sandblasted + hard anodized, with IP65 protection, oil-proof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant, and does not expand or deform at high temperatures.
