Product Introduction

The controllable power water cooling plate is a liquid cooling device with temperature control function. It can accurately control the temperature of the plate by adjusting the input power. It is widely used in high-efficiency heat dissipation scenarios of high-heat-generating equipment, such as new energy vehicle electronic control systems, high-performance servers, medical equipment, etc.

 

 

Working Principle

The water-cooling plate is embedded with a liquid cooling channel. When the equipment generates heat during operation, the heat is transferred to the coolant through the high thermal conductivity metal plate, and the coolant takes the heat away. The power control module can adjust the heating element or pump speed to keep the temperature precisely within the set range, realizing two-way temperature control.

● Precise Temperature Control
The controllable power water cooling plate has a built-in PID temperature control module, combined with NTC thermistors, which can achieve a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃, meeting the needs of chip-level thermal management.

 

● High Thermal Conductivity
The controllable power water cooling plate uses CNC-integrated 6061-T6 aviation aluminum or red copper plate, with a high-density liquid cooling channel design, with a thermal conductivity of more than 200W/m·K, and a heat dissipation efficiency increase of 25%.

 

● High Corrosion Resistance
The shell material is 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, and the surface is anodized to extend the service life by more than 3 years.

 

● Precision Machining
The entire plate is processed by CNC high-precision equipment, and the flatness of the temperature control contact surface is <±0.2mm, which effectively improves the heat dissipation fitting efficiency and reduces thermal resistance loss.
