Product Introduction
Aluminum finned heat sink is a thermal management device based on high thermal conductivity aluminum material and combined with fin structure to improve heat dissipation efficiency. It is widely used in power equipment, communication base stations, new energy vehicles and industrial automation systems.
Product Features
High Thermal Conductivity
The aluminum finned heat sink uses 6063-T5 aluminum, with a thermal conductivity of 201W/m·K, which is about 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary iron radiators. It can quickly conduct heat to the fin surface and discharge it.
High-precision Processing
The aluminum finned heat sink is processed by CNC machine tools, and the structural matching tolerance is controlled within ±0.2mm. The assembly accuracy is high, which effectively prevents poor contact of the thermal interface.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
The surface is anodized to form a 10μm anti-corrosion oxide layer, which can resist corrosion in wet heat and acid-base environments.
Durable
The overall structure has no weld fatigue points, and the average service life can reach more than 8 years after surface strengthening treatment.
